How can I get her to sleep??

My almost one year old has been a ok sleeper but for the last couple of weeks it’s been a nightmare.
The last two days she is only taking 15 minute naps and even if I ran to her and try to breastfeed her back to sleep she wouldn’t. I just don’t understand 15 minutes is not even a full sleep cycle??!
I also tried making her stay asleep for longer so she is more tired but then again it’s only short naps.
She also only sleeps 9 or 10 hours a night so she supposed to compensate with naps but she doesn’t … what can be done?? Isn’t that unhealthy for her to be having such a lack of sleep??

I’m going crazy… today she took 2 naps 15 minutes each and she wakes up every time I try to put her down in her bed.

I personally think sleep is something parents of small children should chill out about. See how she manages on her 10 hours a night if she refuses to nap. If you move her once asleep for 15 mins then likely is she will wake. Either don't move her or put her into her bed to sleep. At that age they will sleep if they need it.

Is the problem more you use the nap times for your own breathing time? Obviously I get that as 1 year old are full on. But if its enough sleep for her then it is enough not much you can do about it. OK not to your liking I get it but that is parenting for you
