Body odour 7 year old

Hi everyone,
I have one dd who is 7 so my first and don’t really have any experience of this, my friends all have boys and I don’t want to ask the school mums in case they mention it to their child.
My dd started getting body odour around April this year so only 7 years 2 months old. We got her deodorant and put it down to the hot weather and lots of physical activity with clubs and school. She washes every morning and has a bath or shower every night.
It seemed to stop for a bit but it has started up again and it’s stinky. I mean I wouldn’t expect a 7 year old to have such strong smelling bo. We have been back using deodorant which she has been insisting on putting on herself. Starting today I’ve been helping her in case she was missing bits as last night it was particularly bad.
My mum said I should speak to the dr that’s she’s awful young for this. Don’t really like to bother the dr unless it’s something serious so just wondering has anyone else had this with their dd or is she quite young for it?
Thanks

I don't have advice but my son has body odour, he has just turned 9, we've been getting him to shower every morning and using a good quality deod. Surely too young, I don't understand it.

Thanks @LondonLass91 it does seem so young. We are doing the same, there isn’t much else you can do and it’s a worry that someone at school notices and makes a comment. It is worrying me in case it’s a sign that she will have early puberty. I was 11 when I got my period which was young at the time in comparison to my friends. To think that she’s sweating like that already at only 7 is worrying me.

Wow, I thought this post would have had more replies! My 7 year old daughter is the same (and 10 year old son has none). Showers every morning and uses an aluminium-free deodorant. I still notice it though. I don't know what the solution is.
