ooh glad you asked SGK i was wondering that! our paed asked the other day if dd was reaching out for things yet (11wks) - she is most definitely NOT so now I have a new set of worries, HA! my book from the GP says 4mth though.

cazzybabs · 01/03/2008 16:15

Well - Evie is 11 weeks and doesn't but when I googled it it looks like she is a bit backwards...so I am interested in what other people's babies are doing...have asked the dec 07 girls what their babies are doing....

MegSophandEmma · 01/03/2008 16:17

DD3 was about 3.5 mths possibly abit older

SparklyGothKat · 01/03/2008 16:18

Callum is 23 weeks (16 weeks adjusted) and he isn't yet.

OH thanks SGK I wish I was allowed to even talk hypthetically about more babiess - and waves back to caz10..

see our babies are normal (or all are backwards due to being neglected as their mothers spent too much time on MN worrying as to wether the babies are developing normally!)

cazzybabs · 01/03/2008 16:28

Oh and Evie spends hours sucking her hand (but that is because I am in the middile of sprting out the other dds and she wants milk) and she has also started to pull hair.

Caz10 · 01/03/2008 16:30

ho ho i know cazzy, dd could be doing backflips right now but as I have my back to her to type..... [bad mummy smiley]

SparklyGothKat · 01/03/2008 16:30

Callum pulls my hair too. It must be that he is behind because I spend too long on MN lol!! He does 'talk' to us though and give huge hearty laughs

dd never reached for anything until 7 months. That is quite late, I think. But there is nothing wrong with her at all, in fact at 4.6 very dextrous and draws fine pictures. good with her letters.
