Uneven teeth

Any dentist or anything on here who can tell me why my 15month old teeth are lob sided ? He only has his dummy at night and at nap times!. Concerning me now

You said it , it's the dummy . Look at how he holds it in his mouth , it probabaly corresponds to where these teeth are pushed up.
It will resolve as soon as he stops the dummy
