Hello,
My 4.5 yr old son is not communicating like the other kids. He says something only when it is really needed like "going to toilet", "need water" etc. He likes music, sometimes when we sing with him he becomes sad and starts crying. When he doesnt like something he keeps hands in his ears or says 'any random words or 2 from his rhyme or something else. There are improvements from past few months but its very slow. We are worried. We live in Netherlands and language is a barrier.He is good in writing, singing, mathematics.
Our friends , relatives says its normal for some Indian kids, especially because of not being able to play alot during pandemic or being the only child. Things will improve eventually when he gets a bit older.
Any expert advice?
