American kids TV

I have two small DC 1 and 3 and they do watch TV every now and then. I’ve found that my 3 year old finds American kids show a lot more addictive (coco melon, paw patrol) and we’ve had to cut it out and stick with Cebeebies show. Am I alone in thinking American shows are a lot more addictive and causes bad behaviour?

Oh and please don’t come at me for daring to let my kids watch telly for more than 7 mins at a time….

I feel your pain - my 3 year old is very much into his Spiderman phase and it's driving me nuts. He previously enjoyed PP and Tayo the magic bus. The number of words/phrases he uses which are definitely American in their derivation is astounding. That is the biggest difference in him, rather than behavioural.

There is a Paw Patrol which uses British accents - I think it might be on Amazon Prime...?
