No waving 16 months

Hi, just wondered if any other people had a baby that wouldn't wave at 16 months? My baby claps, imitates other things I do, sticks out tongue etc but won't wave. Shakes head very occasionally for no but doesn't nod. Only says dada but babbles a lot.
Open hand points occasionally if sees a bird or something of interest but mainly if we are out the house only. Doesn't point to what he wants as such. Clapping only happened in the last month.
Should I be concerned?

He sounds fine to me OP they all develop at their own pace my sisters boy was just like this could do some stuff and not others. They will all get there. Relax 😊

It could be normal but if he's only saying Dada, I'd do this SLT progress checker, just to see if he's on track
