2 year old won’t stop screaming

My 2 year old constantly screams, morning night happy sad he always screams and it’s doing my head in.

has anyone had any similar experience and how did you manage it? I also have a baby who literally can’t nap bcoz of the constant screaming.

Whats their communication like in general?

He says mummy daddy, shoes when he wants to go out and will bring his shoes says mummum
for food will say animal
sojnds and names from books - isn’t say sentences as such more mumbles

we have noticed he has been pulling at his ears though and gp suspects glue ear -
I have been reading online and I wonder if that has anything to do with it ?
