DD 6month not rolling over Ever, should I be worried??

My 6 month DD has never rolled over.She likes standing up and can sit up in her bumbo or cushions round her.Should I beworried?Her ds sat up on her own at this age.

neither of mine have really rolled over until they can crawl! Both developed fine.

neither of my DCs rolled until they crawled at 11 months.. they were fine!

DD was not a roller either. Please try not to worry - your DD will get there in the end, I promise.

I woulsn't worry to much. Some children just do things at their own pace. You might find she walks quickly, and doesn't bother crawling. If you are worried, try to encourage her to roll a bit every day - i.e. hold a toy just out of her reach above her line of site but still on the floor. The stretch to see it will have her half way over and then you can move it to see if she can gradually get hte full way over.

But seriously, it sounds like she is doing other stuff, so don't worry too much.

by this age my dd had rolled once to prove she could i think and then never bothered with it again. she couldn't sit up confidently without support until 7 months though.

your dd sounds like she is in the range for normal behaviour, try not to worry.

the day my daughter was 8 months old she had never moved, the day my daughter was 9 months old, she still hadn't moved she couldn't even sit up. My parents went away the day after my daughter was 9 months old and when the came back two weeks later she was cruising around the furniture, bnbies devolp at different speeds.

DD1 didnt roll until 10 mnths. just sat and crawled q late too irrc

she is a fine almst 4 yr old

dd2 on the other hand was up and about at 7 months. they are all so diff
