6 yr old son saying things about penis & bums

I don't know whether to be worried or not. My 6 yr old when he's been play fighting with his little brother (4 yrs) has said things like 'right I'm going to put my penis on your bum'. Now, his actions aren't mimicking something sexual as such but it's said in a jokey way. Earlier he was writing hearts on a birthday card, realised it looked like a bum then said laughing 'I'm drawing a penis on the bum'. I have parental controls and I limit YouTube but I'm wondering if he's seen something on there and is copying. I've asked him once or twice and he just says he hasn't seen or heard it anywhere, it's a joke. I've also chatted to him about appropriate behaviour boundaries etc. I'm wondering if he's seen something or if this is just normal kid stuff. Anyone had any similar experiences? Thanks

I’m no expert but I do have a six year old who is constantly talking about her vagina and her bum and loves nothing more than very silly chat about anatomy… so to me this doesn’t sound particularly unusual or worrying OP. But I guess there’s no harm in trying to chat to him where possible about appropriate conversation and boundaries around other peoples bodies etc. I think they pick up all kinds of things in the playground but usually get it all mixed up in their tiny heads!

Six is a classic age for kids to think private body parts are hilarious/"rude" and it's the funniest thing in the world to talk about them. Bums, willies, poo, farting. Unless it's mimicking sexualised behaviour, it's just funny to show someone your bum, say they're a smelly poo, bum head, wave their willy around, laugh at farts and so on.

My 7 year old.has been learning about body parts changing ect In PHSE in school and has been saying penis all the time!
