Won't nap in big bed

DD moved from cot to big bed 5 nights ago and I have to say it's been really successful on the whole. The only problem is that when she was in her cot she would go down for an afternoon nap for about 1.5 hours every day without fail between 1pm and 2.30pm. Now she's in the big bed she's just not interested in going to sleep!!! I don't want to put her back into cot as baby no 2 is due in May and I dont' want to confuse her by sleeping in bed at night and cot in daytime. She either lies in bed singing and chatting to teddies or gets out to look at toys/books. She napped really well at both grandparents houses over the weekend in the travel cots they have. She does manage to last the day without a sleep but is shattered come 7pm. Do I just resign myself to the fact my lovely one and half hours of peace every day has now gone or is there a remedy? She's 2.5 by the way!

Sorry to say that I had to resign myself to no naps at around this time, also while pregnant. It's not easy when you no longer get the rest! Once or twice a week I encourage her to nod off in the car if going out anyway before lunchtime (any later and bedtime is chaos) - this helps her mood for the rest of the day but doesn't give me a chance to rest, unfortunately! Sympathies!
