Wondering whether to seek advice or wait.

DD I'd exactly 20 months and I've noticed some things that made me wonder if there may be some SEN traits.
Also wondering if this is just personality/toddler eccentricity so not sure to wait until she's older.

She often closes her eyes/covers her ears when we're out of the house
She gets very upset about change for example we had a new bath fitted and she refused to enter the bathroom for 10 days after, she cried hysterically when we carried her in there
She is fussy about textures of food and clothes
She won't eat food that's mixed together she has to have it separate on plate
She becomes attached to items and likes the carry them with her and becomes very distressed if she can't (I don't mean a regular comfort item, I mean for example a stone when we're out)
She can get quite obsessed with things, at the moment it's the moon
She will spin/run until circles frequently
Has never been a good sleeper
Scared of men other than her dad
Was and still is a 'velcro baby'

In other areas she's advanced, has at least 200 words, can jump with two feet, count to 10, recognises numbers and letters correctly, is very happy and chatty, maintains good eye contact with women, loves playing with other children.

Any advice would be appreciated, I'm not overly concerned but also don't want to avoid seeking input if it's for the best
