Does it still exist? My DD is one next week and haven't heard anything about it. Am sure when I used to see HV she said an appt would be sent through and there is a section in her red book for one. Does anyone know?

Have nver heard of this. Some areas have 18 month or 2/2.5 years ones. We had nothing in our area.

We have a 15 month one in our area.

Sorry should have said she has had no checks since 6 week check ( I know some areas do an 8 month check but I guess we don't) Am in Hampshire

aah maybe the 12 month is instead of the 8 month one.

Yes I think they call it an 8 month check but HV said it can be anything up to a year old before they do it. Maybe they've scrapped it along with a lot of other things! have no real concerns but is also nice to know you are on the right track, esp as DD was referred for clicky hips after 6 wk check (referral came up fine though)
