Just looking for advice from anyone please. My little boy is 20 months old and he’s my first, so other than google I’m at a loss really with what to do. Would really appreciate anyone’s help and experience x
i don’t think it’s a speech delay, but I notice his friends similar age say more words or two word sentences. This is everything he says so far, though he doesn’t say them daily other than hiya and bye:

Oh oh ah ah
Ssss
Yeah
Dada
Bye
Mummy
Why
Hiya
Baby
Woof
hes very headstrong and active, literally won’t sit still so it’s very hard to try and get words across. I try to read 3 books to him every night but he often runs away after half of one. I try to say everything out loud as he’s playing. Just looking for any advice anyone’s got please xx
