Health visitor behaviour programme

My little boy has been struggling with his emotions and his behaviour, causing problems at home and at nursery. I think it could possible be ADHD. The health visitor has been out today and suggested their 6 week behaviour programme. I'm happy with this and agreed but now I'm nervous and wish I had asked more questions about what will happen during this 6 weeks. Has anyone been down this route or know anything about this programme and weather it will be helpful?

I've not heard of that sorry @Elizabethz1. How old is your DS and so you know what the program involves?

he's 4 and a little bit I think its more about parenting and ways to help him and deal with his behaviour. The health visitor just said the early referral for ADHD is less likely to get declined if we show we have tried other methods before hand. Nursery are pretty sure that the things they are going to tell us are already things we are doing at home, so I think its just something we have to do to try and make sure the referral gets accepted 🤷‍♀️
