Worried about my sons angry outbursts

Hi, i’m so worried about my 8 year old sons behaviour and it seems no one professional is willing to listen.
To sum it up, he’s extremely violent to the point I have bruises now. He seems to go from 0-100. He’s constantly hitting his sister too and she’s scared of him sometimes. He has extreme outbursts over small things (I know they obviously aren’t small to him) and I have no idea how to handle it anymore. He doesn’t listen to me at all. We can’t go on days out anymore because its all just too much. My neighbours have complained to the council and school because of noise - He screams so loud and breaks stuff and slams doors etc. It’s really bad and to be honest he's very much a danger to himself and other people when he’s in the middle of it.
I have begged the GP and school for help and this has been ongoing since he was 4. The school are aware of his behaviour and he has a lot of issues at school because of it. He’s also been on a waiting list for CAMHS for over 2 years now. Where else can I go for help? How do you make your voice heard? It’s breaking my heart seeing him go through this and I really need support on how to handle everything.
Thanks

It's shocking isn't it how little help there is and how long you have to wait for assessment.

Would asking School to refer him to Caudwell Children be of any use?

I'd also post in the SN Children section as some of the wise MNers in there will probably have some more suggestions Flowers
