3 week old turning over

Hello my 3 week old is strong and last night turned multiple times on her side in bed. I've spoken to a paediatrician who isn't concerned but she is pressing her face in to the folded part of her crib which doesn't have a breathable mesh. Can anyone advise on whether this has happened to them and what safe sleeping steps they added (cot brands etc). Thank you!

@Dewintergarden
Have you told paediatrician about what you have in the crib? Firstly,

crib bumpers I would get rid or not introduce at all.

Now when it comes to turning in sleep, does she sleep in sleep bag or with a blanket?

Unsafe Items to Get Out of Your Baby's Crib ASAP

There are several baby sleep products that, despite how they are marketed, are widely considered unsafe. For this reason, I don't recommend using them in you...

There shouldn't really be anything at the side of a cot for just this reason.

Can't recommend a brand apart from the traditional cot with no cot bumpers.

There's no cot bumpers it is a normal next to me cot. The side that faces mum in bed is the side she presses her face against
