Worried about 8month olds development

Hi everyone,
I am not sure if I am being over worried but I have some concerns about my 8month olds development and missing milestones.
this is what I am worried about

  • not bearing weight and putting legs to ground when held up
  • not sitting unassisted
  • seems to lean to his left (doesn’t appear to be his neck from what I can see)
  • he seems to zone out and doesn’t “snap out of it” even if I wave in front of his face
  • when lowered to the floor (in a superman position) he doesn’t put his hands down in front of him
  • he has rolled to his tummy from back on only a few occasions
  • doesn’t laugh when being tickled (maybe he just isn’t ticklish)

what he is doing is

  • Tracking objects
  • eats well
  • Smiles at familiar songs
  • reaches for toys

he has bad eczema from (we think) allergies

has anyone else experienced this type of days at this age and what was the outcome?

I think if he's zoning out I would film it and see your GP. It could be nothing but I think it's best to get him checked.
