4 year old is uncontrollable!

My almost 4 year old has always been quick with development. Speaks 2 languages, walked from 11 months & seems very grown up compared to his peers.

He's never been an easy child. Never slept well, doesn't eat much & is constantly hyper, jumping on furniture, throwing things, destroying toys, swearing, hitting/biting at school, tantrums, very demanding, doesn't listen. He just never seems happy, always grumpy & angry. He has everything he could ever want and more and we show him a lot of love, he sleeps with us every night & is probably a bit spoilt. People have commented on his 'naughty behaviour' which upsets me as I really am trying my best. I must add he is a very loving child when he wants to be. But sometimes I do lose my temper because I also have an 18 month old who needs my attention so I get very stressed.

But recently a family member said it's not normal how angry he is and we need to do something about it.

What am I supposed to do? I've had him assessed for adhd which was negative & his teacher said she has no concerns although I have had a few calls from the head about fighting with other children already (he is only in nursery class).

Any help or suggestions ?

Was he also assessed for ASD @raisingwildones?
