Hi
Am sorry to bother you, but dont know where else to ask for help really, as although its not major its on my mind, and not sure what to do.
We have a lovely DD 19 months. She has taken to waking up for about an hour or two during the night, its getting bad to worse.
I think it may be her teeth, but not sure.
She is sleeps for about 5 hours and then is wide awake.
It started when she was poorly, and she would wake for a drink, which now leads to the next thiing she is refusing to drink out of a cup. Just her bottle for milk, water, juice (which I hate doing but so worried about her not getting enough fluid - she will refuse to drink until her bottle arrives!) so what do I do, I can think any more and need sleep tooooo!!!!
Any ideas be great thanks xxxx

personally, I would try a dose of neurofen at bed time and see if that makes any difference (to rule out genuine pain) and then if she wakes as normal, I would either offer her some water and then just shout it out with her if you're comfy doing that, or offer her water and then opt for the more gentle method to break the habit - the name escapes me at the mo - all I can think of is the withdrawal method!!!
