Embarrassed to even take her out in public at this point as I constantly find myself thinking 'what must they think!' At passers by when they hear the way she speaks to me and DH or behaves when told no to something.

Brought her out lunch today, pub we are at has a playground. Refuses to leave the play area to eat her dinner and stands repeatedly at the top of the climbing frame shouting ' NO!!!' At the top of her lungs and bobbing her tounge out. Screams when you try and reach for her to prize her off.

This is an ongoing battle at home, at nursery absolutely everywhere.

I effing hate this age - The 'threenagers'. I'm at the end of my tether and find myself spending 80% of my day just becoming angry with her because of her total lack of respect and listening.

Any tips on how to try and manage this? I'm exhausted!

no tips I’m afraid but I’m in the same boat! My almost 4 year old has the biggest attitude and never listens to me. He’s always been this way but it just seems to be getting worse. My husband takes him out as he has more patience but I don’t, I couldn’t think of anything worse! He screams, whines constantly and hits when he doesn’t get his own way or even for no reason at all. I’ve tried everything and it just gets me down because I’m trying my best. We never shout at him but we do try to discipline and he just laughs. I’m at the end of my tether too. I’m so sorry you’re having such a hard time xx
