my son who is now 4 is a devil! i need help with regards to disaplining him i need a easy system and something even his grandparents can do!
i dont get any free time as no one with look after him because of his behaviour

I would sit down and talk to him about it, when he is a good mood,in a calm way. Tell him what you don't like about it and ask him how he thinks it can be improved.
Aim small to start with and go for the positive-perhaps a sticker chart with a small prize.
Give him attention when he is being good, for example play a game with him, let him help with cooking, and emphasise that you like spending time with him when he behaves well.

The most important thing is consistency. Try the naughty stair/corner. Explain what will happen ie, unacceptable behaviour, hitting, nastiness etc will result in him being put on naughty stair for 4 mins. At end of time he must apologise and then you give him a hug. The only problem will be keeping it up, it can be exhausting, but whichever method you find he responds to, you must keep up with it all day, every day. We have 4dc and only 1 of them is a problem - dd1 is stubborn, headstrong, awkward. Every day is a battle, very tiring but i just learn that this is how she is and i manage her as best i can. You don't need money for the prize, you could just have so many stickers = a trip to the park or a game of football with you.
