14 months autism red flag?

Hi there, I have a beautiful daughter who will be turning 14 months next week! I have few concerns about few milestones and wondering if these are something I need to worry (please note that in where I live, seeing a paediatrician is nearly impossible… 6 months wait time).

things I am worried about-

she does not show much of affection ( my husband and I are both very affectionate towards her) does not like hugging or kissing us or rarely crawls towards us even if we asks her to “come” with excitement!

she does not get excited if I return home! (this really makes me sad as I am a stay at home mum) but she does sometimes get upset if I leave the room but not always!

she does not have true words yet! Says dadada but cannot babble mama yet

she is very shy when she is new places, it takes good 15 mins for her to get used to the environment.

she often cries with loud noises like hair dryer but she does bot mind loud music or babies crying

However she can- point to things, blow a kiss, wave, clap, pretend to feed soft toys, look at where I point, understands simple instructions, put her arms up to be lifted, often cries if I leave the room, she mostly answers to her name, stacks 5-7 blocks, brings books for us to ready to her, and brings toys or food to us, eats well and sleeps well.

am I worrying too much? I would really appreciate your honest comments.

thank you

I don't think that anyone in here can tell you but the speech would be a bit of a concern.

How does she do on this SLT progress checker?
