4.5 month old learning to crawl and rolls non-stop

My 4.5 month old learned to roll from back to front and front to back right at 3 months and now at 4.5 months old is planking and managing to crawl from her hands and knees to her belly back to hands and knees and is able to shimmy herself from one side of the room to the other side. In the evenings she is a rolling pin. Literally pin-balling from one side of of the to the other side of the bed. When she wakes up she immediately gets on hands and knees rocking back and forth and trying to crawl. Or if she doesn't do this she is literally rolling across the bed. When awake she is placed on the floor on her back and she immediately rolls to her tummy to crawl. As a result she seems frustrated because after practicing to crawl for sometime she gets tired but just doesn't chill/relax. Instead grunts unhappily but I am not sure what to do. Coincidently her awake windows feel quite short because I think she is exerting so much energy she tires easily and I have to put her down for a nap. Anyone else experience this with a 4.5 month old? Does all seems normal and par for the course? Wondering if it's normal since she is so young?

Sounds exactly like my DS at that age. He didn't put weight on at the rate they wanted because he was constantly on the move from such a young age!

No real advice except be prepared for an early walker and having a wild/energetic baby then toddler! 😊
