I’m finding it difficult to feed my baby milk when out and haven’t had lots of experience feeding solids to my baby when out, she’s very distracted when I try to give her milk not at home. She doesn’t nap in her buggy now I have her in a front facing upright one and feel like I don’t get the chance to do much, if I go anywhere (shops, play group, baby class, to meet a friend) it’s usually for about an hour or just over and then I go home to do one of the above, I feel a bit stretched and like I’m missing out on hanging out with the other mums sometimes, but often I’m happy to be at home and watch Netflix or read when baby is asleep. Anyway I feel like I’m doing the best for baby as often she won’t drink (tried a number of times) so just come home and feed there. Should I just keep trying to feed baby milk when out and food? It can’t last forever and they’re only this age for a short time so thought just carry on and go to the activities nearby or should I “make her fit around me” as a friend said to me and she also said don’t get mum guilt.
I think when she only has two naps which I think will be in the next month then I might have more time anyway, is that right?
Any advice?
Thanks
