Rolling

My 4 month old has started rolling back to stomach. Last night was horrendous waking up 10 times crying as she cant get back over.

In peoples experience how long did it take them to learn to go back? Have tried practicing all day. Terrified of getting zero sleep for weeks.

Oh God I remember this phase, it's bloody awful. Unfortunately though I can't remember how long it lasted have probably blocked out the memory!

A MNer with more recent experience who can tell you will hopefully be along soon Flowers

My DD had about a week or so of this and then decided she liked to sleep on her stomach so stopped crying to be turned back over. It probably took her another month and a half to be able to roll front to back but the phase of wanting to be moved was over quite quickly!

@desertcalippo that gives me some hope. she slept a little better last night on her front but cried every two hours I guess she cant link her sleep cycles on her stomach. So hard after going from one feed a night back to this 😳

@scubalu just checking in to see if your little one is sleeping better now? Hopefully you are both getting some more sleep! 😊

Happy to say it lasted about a week with all the waking and now she just likes sleeping on her tum! I know not supposed to but she just turns back all the time and has a strong neck so I figure all OK! Thanks for checking in 😊
