Fussy eater - 4years old

Help me oh goodness help me please ! I am losing the plot with my child's eating !
She is 4 years old and likes pasta , cheese , billy bear ham , any breakfast cereal , fruit , anything sweet ...

I know there are other things she has enjoyed too and would eat if it was on its own , but if i give her a dinner plate of her favourite pasta with a side of cucumber and tomatoes she will leave simply leave the veggies and say she is full up .

Other times she will pick at food like a little sparrow and take the tiniest specks of food in her mouth which will then make dinner time 1-2 hours if I let it !!!

I don't want to make food a big deal bevause I am scared of creating bad eating habits or fears in later life but at the same time she has to eat ! I can't let her starve or go a whole day with just having eaten breakfast and a sandwich and no dinner . Equally I refuse to make her a separate dinner or make her another dinner if she doesn't eat the first

I don't understand how parents can say that they never allowed their child to be a fussy eater and they got what they were given and so they just ate it up !

I'd probably offer dinner then fruit for pudding (regardless of if she eats dinner or not) and then weetabix or something for super.

I also wouldn't make any particular fuss over diner just give her what you eat and she can take it or leave it.
