Looking for advice please!
LO has just turned 5 months and ive decided to try and start his day naps in his cot, he's always been a contact napper and would wake immediately if you try to put him down anywhere else so I've been semi successful in that he has actually slept in the cot however he is only sleeping for 20 mins at a time and will not gp back to sleep. Any tips? He has a 2 hour wake window, the room is dark and I play music for him. He has a dummy but I'm starting to think that's causing problems when it falls out.
Any thoughts?
His sleep at night is generally good although that seems to be deteriorating, was up 5 times last night putting his dummy in. Think it might be time to give up on that too. I'm tired 😫
