Feel exhausted & overwhelmed by 4YO

Please be kind as I'm struggling today.

My 4YO DD is clever, funny & usually a great pal to be with. She's always been sensitive, when she was louder she hated clapping as an example. Very grown up in many ways for her she. She goes to PS 4 days a week & is very sociable & has lots of friends, although bossy it has to be said.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with number 2. Pre pregnancy I was on anxiety meds, always suffered with anxiety, particularly health anxiety as DD was incredibly poorly shortly after birth. Not on any meds now but Christ I wish I was.

DD as any 4 YO can be, can be challenging at times. I've always been fair but firm with her when these issues arise, certainly not a pushover. Manners are important to me & tbf hers are always on form.

Her behaviour lately however I am just so overwhelmed with. The back chatting, shouting, screaming. I'm fed up with disciplining, time outs, getting down to her level to tell her we don't talk to people that way, it's not kind, etc.

I took her to a new dance class today, something she loves usually, she was the youngest child there by a couple years so I understood probably felt a bit scared. I stayed, didn't leave, we were there 20 mins & she cried 3 times. She even cried because the group clapped. It was like her being a toddler again. I went to the toilets with her & I cried. I've no idea why. Maybe it's hormones, maybe I'm just fed up.

I know I over think but I'm just wondering how she's going to cope at school for example if today is anything to go on, despite her saying she can't wait to go. I know I'm crossing bridges perhaps unnecessarily.

Does this sounds familiar to anyone? Will
The behaviour stop if I maintain being firm but fair? Is it me, am I overthinking this/over emotional?

Meant add, whenever she has been rude, usually come bed time she will say 'Sorry I was rude today mummy'. She does have a temper & when this flares up she then gets shouty or stamps her feet, back chats etc. she doesn't tend to tantrum in the typical way of throwing herself on the floor hysterical. I just don't know what's normal & what's not. I am tearful most days & I know it may be a mix of hormones etc but I'm just really struggling with regulating myself let alone her atm, I just feel so angry at everyone & everything.
