Refusing / spitting food? Teething or a ‘phase’?

Hi I’m just wondering if anyone can offer any insight into this or have been through the same thing with their little ones 😆 My dd is 20 months old and since weaning she has always been a brilliant eater, will eat pretty much anything and good amounts but all of a sudden this has totally taken a turn and she is constantly refusing food and / or spitting it out. Even things she usually loves. Like for example, she’d eat banana after banana if I let her but at the minute she’s barely eating half and just doesn’t seem fussed. Meals seem to be a no go at the minute but she will graze if that makes sense. She’s also loving yoghurts and that’s one thing I can count on her eating but obviously I don’t want to feed her those all the time. She’s well in herself, so could it be teething, just a phase or something else? Also if you have any tips please leave them 😂 I never force feed her btw if she won’t eat then okay we’ll try again later but even trying again later doesn’t seem to be working at the minute 🙈
