2 week old barely poops?

My LO is 2 weeks old and on formula exclusively. Since we got past the meconium stage he very rarely poops even tho he has loads of formula?

He seems to go once every other day (max) and even then it's like a tiny little bit and quite solid!

Any tips to help him? I've tried lots of bicycle legs, a warm bath, etc but nothing seems to make him go! He has plenty of wet nappies in the day.

Wondering if I need to speak to someone about it, but so far the midwife has just said to do more bicycle legs!

A little bit of cool boiled water will help x

Please don't give a two week old water, it can be very dangerous.

Is LO in pain at all or distress when pooping?

Which formula are they on?
