Is baby's short height a problem?

My DD is 13 months and she's always been between 1-10 percentile for height. I'm just interested to know - do babies get growth spurts at all different ages? Any babies start off really short but shoot up later on? I'm just wondering because I'm actually quite tall (5'11). My partner is shorter (5'8) and the doc said she'll be somewhere in the middle but I can't help worrying sometimes that she's unusually short. She seems in proportion to me and she's developing normally but when I see 1 or 2 percentile for height it makes me panic a little. I'm a FTM in case you can't tell!

If that's what she was born on and she's following that curve then it sounds as though she'll just be a little short.

Is she meeting all of her milestones? If so, I wouldn't worry Wink
