My four year old has started biting their own hands when really angry , has anyone experienced this ? I can’t see any info when I search on google.

That's not one I've experienced @Kkkk2223334? Have school or Nursery raised any concerns about her behaviour?

My child goes to nursery but only does 10 hours or less I’ve asked if they’ve noticed anything but they weren’t helpful and said they have not spent enough time with them to comment.

It's a shame that they can't help you. Are you in the UK? If so, ciujd you ask their SENCO to have a look at her?
