Dream feed and early start

Hi everyone,
My 19 week old has been constantly sleeping through from 7-7 for a while. However, she has stopped sleeping until 7am and waking up at 6am. We've been putting her dummy in constantly from 6am to help her sleep until 7. However, she's hungry and wants to get up. To be fair, she has her last feed at 7pm, so it's not surprising that she wakes up early.

I'm wondering whether I could give her a dream feed and whether that would help her have a little more sleep in the morning? Or, am I asking to much of her? I do find myself waking up through the night for other reasons, so I tend to be overtired myself at 6am (I know this is the normal life of a parent 🙈)

Please no judgement and any ideas would be appreciated for this first time mum!

Thank you!

No judgement from me @JS1809!
I think it's definitely worth trying a Dream Feed. It might work, it might not but you don't know if you don't try Wink
