Hi its unknown. This is a question which has pondered on my mind for quite a while. Is it good to force kids to eat the full plate of food.

Let me know

No. Absolutely not.
Imagine being forced to eat a whole plate of food yourself if you don’t like it or fancy it.
Can also possibly cause all sorts of food issues when they’re older too.

However if they're just going to snack on stuff they like afterwards, then I would encourage it. Who would knowingly cook food that they knew their children disliked?

It’s preferable to provide one meal for all rather than cook separately for those who have individual tastes. Therefore we always try this a few times.
However forcing any person young or old to finish everything is not pleasant.

Ok I will take that into mind

It’s abusive.
