Is my 18th month old autistic

My little girl is 18th months and she still hasn't spoke yet, in the past she has made sounds, babbled, 'ma ma, da da or baaaaa', shouted but they never last long. She doesn't point or wave but does clap. She walked at 10 months, climbs, plays with all her toys, loves problem solving etc. Should I be worried?

How's her understanding? Does she respond to her name?

@notnowdebra She used to from early, but the past few weeks not as much.

I'd been more concerned if she didn't have any understanding. Will she follow basic instructions? If she genuinely has no understanding I'd contact your health visitor to discuss your concerns.

The speech alone at her age wouldn't be of huge concern to me but no harm in talking your concerns through with her health visitor.

Hi my 18 month old not pointing not waving..he turn when I call his name..he understand what I’m saying .. babbling mama dada .. if I say bubble trying to say bubo..he never play passing ball with me..he have good eye contact joint attention ..I’m scared please help on this .. I thank u in advance
