Hi looking for some advice is it normal for a 9 week old baby to sleep 6/7 hour stretches through the night ? She’s breast fed and only just started doing it as I’m getting conflicted information during those stretches I’m waking her for a feed as she’s not even waking but then when she is awake she is hungry. during the day she feeds every 2/3 hours. She lost weight when she was born but regained it and has steadily put on weight since then should I be concerned ? Or is this normal?

I personally would enjoy the 7 hour stretches while they last before sleep regressions/teething etc kicks in, as long as she's feeding well during the day and gaining weight I wouldn't think it's anything to worry about x

If she's gaining weight well and you haven't been advised by a doctor/midwife/nurse that she needs to be woken to feed, I'd also enjoy it while it lasts.

Definitely within the range of normal. As long as she's bright and awake at times in the day, is gaining weight and is meeting her milestones, I'd enjoy your sleep Wink
