My baby not turning his head or eyes to sounds ,even if i talk or say her name loudly beside her she seems she doesn't hear me, her hearing is good cause she startles when u sneeze when i clap she blink her eyes , even if i make sound with rattled she doesn't look, sometimes she does most of the time she ignores but she responds for eg:if she hear my voice she won't turn but smiles ,is this any developmental delay or hearing impaired?im really worrying cause her eye contact is also not that great and she is not making much sounds yet
