At start I was thinking it was a scratch and GP also confirmed that it looks like a scratch. However he had this on like this exactly for more than a month now and it still looking the same. He isn’t behaving any differently but I’m just unsure as first time mummy and scared. He has had also blocked nose since birth and cough. But I keep getting told to not worry by my doctor
