We have a lovely if occasionally quite challenging 3 and a half year old boy. His behaviour recently seems to have got a lot worse- shouting, hitting, biting, extremely grumpy and emotional. On Monday mornings he is now saying he doesn’t want to go to nursery and crying when I drop him off (having been totally fine previously). He’s having a lot of toilet accidents, despite having been potty trained for over a year and doing really well previously. He also wakes at least a couple of times in the night saying he’s scared.
Is this just a normal phase or should I be worried something else is going on?? We had a lot of change last summer with a new house and baby but he seemed to have come through all that and I thought he was thriving. Now I’m not so sure! I just want him to be happy and it’s killing me that he often doesn’t seem to be….
