Good evening,
I am just looking for some general advice
My DS just turned 3 he has had speech and Language delay and has only recently started to use 3 word sentences and engage in simple conversations.
However he recently has started making animal noises frequently;
When I come home he will often say quack quack ducks or woof woof dogs
Initially it was only once a day but now he does it several times a day sometimes whilst lying on his trampoline but particularly when a member of the family come to greet him.
Any advice as to how I can manage this? Has anyone had a child that eventually grew out of this?
