My boy 2years old he has been doing this as shown in below pic since 14months.. And also he pointed late whole hand pointing at 16months and started index finger pointng at 21months with eye contact... sometimes he points to sky and say crow even though there's no bird... sometimes call me mom sometimes grandpa sometimes papa,same with his dad and another concern is he putting his index finger at his eye level and touching his eye lashes he does the same with my and my DH eyes and seems like poking into our eye... my boy play with his car exactly the same way as shown below... Recently started calling me mama He's comprehension seems very low do follow commands sometimes doesn't follow the same commands ... doesn't point if ask where is daddy where is mommy.. he doesn't tell where is daddy went ... inattentive..but social with 100% eye contact and responds to name..
