My son will be 2 at the end of April. At the minute he can only say "yeah" and tries to say "more" like "mah" and sometimes "ha" for "hat".
He understands most everything I say to him and can follow instructions like putting his tissue in the bin, getting his shoes etc. So I know that his hearing and understanding is fine. I'm just worrying about his speech!
A few weeks ago he said "mama" only a couple of times and then will not say it again.
We read together, play together, go out for plenty of walks and trips out. He goes to baby groups 3x a week otherwise it's either myself or my mum that has him.
Should I be worried? Should I be doing anything else to support his development? Would you ring the health visitor?
