Hi, newbie here. Struggling to get children to be quiet in the mornings or anytime it’s necessary really. They’re constantly shouting or banging something and can’t be controlled in public without a big display. They’re 5 and 6 and I know some will say ‘they’re just kids’ let them be but this isn’t acceptable to be waking people up or each-other and causing chaos wherever they go, most are reluctant to see them because they don’t want to deal with them. Have tried taking games and tv away from them but it doesn’t seem to work. Plus their baby sitter allow’s them to play games whilst on their game ban so we’re really fighting a losing battle now. It’s getting to the point we don’t want to take them anywhere because we know they’ll act up. You ask them to do something or be quiet and it’s just totally ignored or one starts crying hysterically, Never known anything like it. 😢
