My DS has just turned 18 months old. He learnt to walk quite early at around 10 months and is now very confident. Has always walked flat footed and can run, walk and jump with little to no bumps. Recently, however, I have noticed he will occasionally turn to walking on his tip toes both barefoot and when in shoes. He can walk flat footed but walks on top toes 30% of the time.
Sometimes knowledge is a dangerous thing and I know this can be a red flag for ASD as well as other things. Im not overly concerned about his other milestones. He seems to be developing speech a little late but does have a good solid 20 words he uses.
Just wanting some feedback / hand hold!
Is this okay or should I be ringing my HV?
