Hi all

My almost 2 year old was a late walker (hypermobile) so this summer will be our first time purchasing sandals. We will get him some supportive leather sandals but for wearing around the garden/outdoor activities would you advise jelly sandals?

I like the look of the brand Igor however when I mentioned these to my parents they said they wouldn't put kids in anything but leather. Thoughts please 😁

Don't need 2 pairs a leather pair is fine

Jelly sandals can rub in my experience so I tend avoid them, I would definitely go for ones with an enclosed toe to protect his little toes though.

I'd agree, one pair of leather ones with an enclosed toe or a more 'sport' style one (also with an enclosed toe) instead if you're worried about leather getting bashed about. Jellies aren't really comfortable for anything but short periods.
