6-7 year old flapping

DS is 6.5. No issues other than a short attention span and incessant talking. He occasionally (3-4 times a week) runs around flapping his hands when he's excited/happy. Should I be concerned? I will ask school again at parents' evening but last year they said they'd never seen him do it at school and they had no concerns.

DD has always flapped her arms when excited. My mum calls it smiling with her whole body. Pediatrician wasn’t concerned at all. It can obviously be stimming but it’s just not with my DD.
