Am I the only one?

My 27 month old keeps putting things behind furniture, throwing toys and food and tipping drinks on the floor.

It's driving me crazy. I know my mum would have just smacked me so I don't really understand how to just "let it go" (bursts into song).

My mum said if he has a tantrum just have a tantrum too but louder. (wtaf?!)

I have a 9 month old, I'm tired and I think he knows - the second I'm stuck with baby doing a bottle or something he misbehaves.

Is he really badly behaved? Am I taking it too seriously? Are other mums just smiling and calmly telling their toddlers, "no sweetie, we don't throw paint on the house" in a Disney sing song voice?

I dont have any family nearby, it's just me and my husband.

Hi cherry bomb! I have a 27 monther too..I wish he did some of the things your little one is doing..he is nearly too good. But I remember my nephew at this age and he was a monkey…my sister was at her wits end and shouted a lot. It passed very quickly tho so yes I think you just need to suck it up mama. The terrible twos and all that

Also could be acting out and just trying to get attention from you (as a result of still coming to terms with 9 month old). I don’t think he sounds very badly behaved at all..just standard!

Thanks, Reading it back I'm clearly overreacting, it's just relentless 😳

OK, sucking it up 😂
