Is this an 8 week regression?

My 8 week old ds usually would sleep from around 11-4am and then go back down for another 2/3 hours at night and daytime naps were between 1.5-3 hrs. The last couple of days he's been really fussy with naps, still getting them but throwing himself about in my arms and needing a lot more help with drifting off. Then at night he is the exact same. We manage to get him to drift then as soon as we move him to his next to me he's wide awake. Eventually he will go down but he's generally a lot more unsettled. A lot of dummy out, dummy in. He doesn't seem overly upset, just a lot more all over the place than what he had been.

He's still feeding absolutely fine. Eats more some days than others but overall, no issues apart from a little bit of spit up. Wasn't sure if it was maybe reflux related but he plays lying on his back all the time and isn't really a big crier during/after feeds.

Is this pretty normal for this age?

Babies do all sorts of inconvenient things to do with eating and sleeping and people spend hours trying to work out why and torment themselves but honestly they are just being babies everything is a phase easier just to go with the flow and be thankful for the good times.
