Is this the end for the firefly?

Or more specifically, for the Lamaze firefly toy and its ilk. My 8 month old no longer seems interested in the 'play gym' style dangly toys, although we've not been using them as hanging tours for a few months.

Is this the end? Should I box up firefly and friends, or will there be a comeback? Don't want to be too keen to declutter...

I put ours on the pram so my DS has something to play with or chew on if he gets bored on a journey. He's 10.5 months old and still inspects it with his fingers or chews on the rings every now and again.

Thanks - maybe I'll grant it a stay of execution then.
